My Journey
Once I found my shampoo and conditioner bars and permanently made the switch to soap bars, I noticed they were constantly sitting in water on my shower shelf. This prevented them from fully drying out and caused them to deteriorate more quickly.
I needed a product that would keep the bars out of the water without letting them slide off the holder onto the shower floor. With limited shelf space, the solution also need to be on the compact side.
My search led me to these bar soap savers.
A Few Tidbits
Primarily for Home
Normally, I only use these at home, so they aren’t really a travel item, but they make a great companion for all your bars. I have occasionally thrown these lightweight holders in my suitcase, but it’s definitely not a necessity.
Cost & Quantity
These come in a pack of 6, which is a bit of overkill, but the only other cheaper options were the same price and came in packs of two or four. As it turns out, these holders collect soap residue after a while and need to be cleaned every now and then. Since I only use three at a time, I can wash the three dirty ones in the dishwasher while the other three are in use.
Why I Like Them
These bar soap savers are excellent at keeping bar soaps dry and lasting longer. Their design not only prevents mushy soap but also saves money by reducing waste. Plus, they’re easy to clean and customize to fit any soap dish.
Why They Stand Out
-
Prevents mushiness and waste by providing support to your favorite bar soap.
-
Allows airflow to ensure your soap dries quickly between uses.
-
Easy maintenance—simply rinse for light soap build-up or toss in the dishwasher for heavier residue.
-
Prolongs the life of your soap, helping you save money in the long run.
